Chinese gourmet festival attracts foodies in Sydney

A Chinese chef demonstrates techniques of cooking 'Chrysanthemum tofu', a famous dish of the Su Cuisine - one of China's eight major cuisines originating from East China's Jiangsu province, on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Six local chefs were invited to serve authentic food of Su Cuisine, known for its exquisite cutting skills and diversified cooking methods such as braising, stewing and simmering.
